What can you expect?

Experienced physiotherapy care for rehabilitation, injury prevention and maximising performance. I provide a holistic service with hands-on treatment using several techniques including:

  • Deep tissue massage

  • Trigger Point Release

  • Dry needling/Acupuncture

  • Joint mobilisation

  • Joint manipulation

  • Counterstrain therapy

I specialise in spinal and running injuries and use a combination of physiotherapy and Pilates-based rehabilitation to help you achieve your goals - no matter how big or small!

Pricing

Initial Assessment

£80

Initial assessment for new clients which includes thorough history taking, strength and mobility assessment and discussion of your goals and concerns. Some hands on treatment will also be provided during this session if appropriate/time allows, as well as a bespoke rehabilitation program.

Duration: 60 minutes

Follow up

£60

Continued care for existing injuries or preventative maintenance treatment. This type of appointment allows for:

  • Hands-on treatment

  • Progressing or revising your rehabilitation program as appropriate

  • Reassessment of key findings from your initial assessment i.e. has your strength or range of movement improved?

  • Answer any questions and provide advice/education

Duration: 45 minutes

Short Follow up

£50

Shorter appointments to suit more straight forward presentations, for small or single treatment areas (i.e. ankle or wrist) or for a quick check in for preventative care!

Duration: 30 minutes

Long Follow up

£70

An extended appointment for more complex issues, multiple areas of injury or to allow for more time for hands-on treatment.

Duration: 60 minutes

Physiotherapy is evidence based health care provided by a registered practitioner that has been accredited by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) UK Regulatory Body.
